Heated outdoor pool in season, private beach on the Saco River, barbecues on property, picnic tables, assorted lawn games, coin laundry, playground area Games: Board games are available at front desk.

Complimentary Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate: Served daily in the office. We also sell bags of ice, cold soda and smores kits (summer only).

Ski Tuning/Locks: You may store your skis in our ski tuning room (in rear of office building, at end near cottages). A ski-tuning bench with ski clamps is also in the tuning room.

Laundry: Located past ski room door.

Local Media: Radio- 93.5 FM WMWV; TV- Channel 9, Manchester, NH; Newspapers- Conway Daily Sun (daily) and Mountain Ear (weekly), both free and found in most convenience stores.

Our goal is to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for our guests and family.
We are a non smoking Motel. If you wish to smoke you will find chairs and ashtrays outside your room.
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Room reservations may be made by telephone or by E-mail and guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay (50% deposit required for house rentals) on any major credit card. Without a credit card the deposit must be received within 10 days from the day that a reservation is made.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received at least ten days prior to the date of arrival. Calcellations must be made by telephone only (no e-mail or phone messages accepted). There is a $25.00 processing fee for room cancellations; a $50.00 processing fee for Glenwood and Bear Brook Houses. If notice of cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel the same day as your scheduled arrival, or you do not call, you will be charged for the entire stay.
