Wills Inn Reservations
Room reservations may be made by telephone or by E-mail and guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay (50% deposit required for house rentals) on any major credit card. Deposit by checks must be received within 5 days from the day that a reservation is made. No checks will be accepted when the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be receivedat least ten (10) days prior to the date of arrival (30 days for Glenwood and Bear Brook Houses). Cancellations must be made by telephone only (no e-mail or phone messages accepted). There is a $25.00 processing fee for room cancellations; a $50.00 processing fee for Glenwood and Bear Brook Houses. If notice of cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to arrival (30 days for Glenwood and BearBrook Houses), the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel the same day as your scheduled arrival, or you do not call, you will be charged for the entire stay. General Information
Check in Time: 3 PM (4 PM for Bear Brook & Glenwood houses) Office Hours: 8 AM - 9 PM during Busy season and 9 AM - 7 PM during Low seasons Complimentary Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate: Served daily in the office. We also sell bags of ice and s'mores kits (summer only). Laundry: Located past ski room door. If you need quarters please ask in the office. Ski Tuning/Locks: Wills has a ski tunining room complete with workshop bench, outlets extractor fans etc and it has a great rec area with DVD/TV , whiteboard for demos, sofas and is intended for our ski grpoups. Coaches will love this feature! You may store your skis in our ski tuning room (in rear of officebuilding, at end near cottages). Laundry: Located past ski room door. If you need quarters please ask in the office.
Local Media: Radio- 93.5 FM WMWV; TV- Channel 9, Manchester, NH; Newspapers- Conway Daily Sun (daily) and Mountain Ear (weekly), both free and found in most convenience stores. Our goal is to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for our guests and family. We are a non smoking Motel. If you wish to smoke you will find chairs and ashtrays outside your room.
