Our beautifully landscaped 4 acres offer you and your family a perfect setting to relax and enjoy our heated outdoor pool, lawn games, large play area, basketball, volleyball, and picnic tables with barbecues and fireplaces. The Saco River runs through the back of our property with a small sandy beach for river swimming and tubing. Go fishing and catch a few trout!! Enjoy smores around the fire pit !! Need a bedtime movie - free library just ask at the office and in the morning you will always be welcome to morning coffee and muffins.

Heated outdoor swimming Pool - No Chemicals!

State of the art regeneration system ensures our pool is crystal clear and super clean every day WITHOUT the use of chemicals!! This means that the kids can swim all day! No more red eyes, green hair and skin irritations. The water is actually good for your skin!!

Just ask anyone who has been to Wills Inn - you will not find a cleaner, better maintained pool in the entire area. Lots of pool toys for the children and umbrellas for sun shade too.

Outdoor Play Area with Horseshoes, Basketball Hoop, Campfire and River swimming

Let the kids loose on our outdoor play area while you cook out at one of the BBQ's or explore the forest and Saco River.

You will find a place to relax and swim from a small beach area and there are tree swings, horse shoe games, badminton nets and walks down to the river. Plenty of places to fish - right here at the river or just ask for our secret spots!! The river and local pools are all stocked with fish every year so it's hard to go hungry!!

We are often visited by wildlife but no feeding the bears please!! Don't forget the camera!!

Cool evenings are perfect to gather thearound the fire pit and end the day making your favorite smores.

When it's time to head home after a busy day at the Park and all the rest of the traffic is heading to North Conway and downtown you will be heading in the opposite direction and can be back at the pool within minutes enjoying your vacation time instead of sitting in a traffic jam!

Don't forget that Will's Inn is located on the "wild" Saco River. This river can be strong and swift after a harsh winter or a strong rain, but usually it's wide and slow behind the Inn and great for tubing or swimming in the Summer. Fishermen take note -- there's plenty of trout and rainbow trout right here! Will's Inn has its regular anglers who will boast of catching "dozens" of fish in an afternoon! They usually rent one of our kitchentte units and cook their catches right in their room.

Complimentary Coffee

Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed Green Mountain Coffee, served in biodegradable cups in our office. The complimentary coffee bar opens from 8:00 AM in the summer and 8:45 in the off season and offers hot water for an assortment of gourmet and specialty teas and hot chocolate. Bags of ice are on sale in the office.

Will's Informtion Center

While you're in the office, check out our assortment of brochures at our information center, featuring area attractions and providing hints for shopping and dining. We also have maps of the area so you won't get lost.

WiFi Internet Connection

Free internet connection can be made through out all of our properties by logging onto our complimentary WiFi. A system of repeater stations maintains connectivity - even around the pool!

Free VHS Library

Be sure to check out our family friendly VHS tapes. We have over 100 titles. Most rooms have a cable TV with a VHS player and you can use the tapes from our video library at no cost. We also have a limited supply of games and books for your enjoyment.

Laundry Services

Coin operated washer dryer are located behind the office and require quarters to operate. The office staff will be glad to give you change if you need it. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Larger units have irons and ironing boards but you may also get these free of charge from the office.

Pak-n-Play Cribs

Available for use in your room with sheets at no cost. Please let us know if you need one in advance.

Extra Cribs

Single foldaway cribs available including all linens and covers available at a modest extra cost, but please let us know in advance.
