The fall foliage season usually starts in third week of September, with Maples and Sugar Maples changing to red. 
The Oaks and Birches follow towards the end of the month with their beautiful orange and yellow colors and continue until the end of October.
 The palate of colors near the Saco River is almost limitless. Will's Inn provides the best view of nature's beauty with many trails and paths to explore. Bring your cameras! 
Children and adults can enjoy the leaves by collecting them and pressing them between the pages of a book until they dry out. The color, and your family memories, will be preserved for years.

To select your room, first decide how many beds you will need. We have rooms with a Double bed (9, 23B), a Queen bed (2,3,6,7,10, 23A), two Double beds (1,4) and rooms with a Double bed and two Twin beds (5,8,23C). Some of the rooms have kitchens or kitchenettes. All of the rooms have private baths, A/C, telephones, a small refrigerator, wireless internet and Cable TV. Most rooms also have a microwave oven.Extra beds and pak-n-plays are available in certain rooms. The extra bed is a single, folding bed and there is an extra charge of $10 to set this up. We have pak-n-plays which we can set up at no cost.
If you are interested in cottages, check out units #16/17 and #18/19. These cottages feature two bedrooms, each bedroom has a Double and a Twin bed with its own private full bath. There is also a living room and kitchen. Our Delux Cottage, #20/21, features two bedrooms, each with two Double beds and its own private full bath, a spacious kitchen and sitting area.
We also have a two bedroom bungalow (#26) which can accommodate 7 people and two large houses, the Bear Brook House (which can accommodate up to 34) and the Glenwood House (which can accommodate up to 16).
Our nightly rates vary with the season. The off-season rate is the lowest figure while the holiday rate is the largest. Call 800 233-6780 for specific rates.
Check in time is 3 PM; checkout time is 11AM. Arrangements can be made for late check in times.
