Our beautifully landscaped 4 acres offer you and your family a perfect setting to relax and enjoy our heated outdoor pool, lawn games, large play area, basketball, volleyball, and picnic tables with barbecues and fireplaces.

The free flowing Saco River runs through the back of our property with a small sandy beach for river swimming. Go fishing and catch a few trout! In the off season, the river is a wonderful place to hike - or bring a beach chair and just enjoy the quiet beauty of your surroundings.

All of our air-conditioned rooms are exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated in the rustic style of the White Mountains. Most rooms face the pool and some have small kitchens or kitchenettes.
